KN-217Z Automatic Penetration Tester

Overview

  KN-217Z Automatic Penetration Tester is used for not only evaluating the consistency of lubricating greases and wax ,but also evaluate the needle penetration for bitumen products.

Features

1. The instrument automatically detects the cone penetration, and use laser transmission for non-contact detection, which greatly reduces human interference.

2. 6-inch color LCD touch screen, automatic detection and storage of test results.

3. Electric lifting system, which can adjust the lifting speed electronically.

4. Base adjustment mechanism: The base is equipped with fine-adjusting anchor screws, and the surface is inlaid with leveling round blisters. The level of the base table can be easily adjusted by adjusting the anchor screw.

5. Adopt DC low voltage locking device, safe and reliable.

6. The instrument has a wide measuring range, which can measure the penetration (full size, 1/2, 1/4), as well as the penetration of asphalt and paraffin wax(ASTM D5,ASTM D1321).
